HEALTH BENEFITS:  Details on the Employee Health Benefit Program (for eligible employees) are provided through the human resources office. Take the time to become familiar with these by reading the information provided to you. 

VACATIONS: All vacation time must be coordinated with Mikkel and Brendon prior to scheduling or making vacation plans. Do to our seasonal work it is best that vacations are scheduled during the “Off Season” whenever possible. Time off requested during the season must be given at least seven (7) days in advance for consideration. Putting in a request for time off does not mean that it will be approved.

BEREAVEMENT TIME: BREMIK, LLC will grant time off with regular pay when a death occurs in the employee's immediate family as defined below (regular pay is considered eight (8) shop hours per day).

In the event of the death of a grandparent, legal guardian, father, step-father, father-in-law, mother, step-mother, mother-in-law, spouse, child, step-child, brother, step-brother, brother-in-law, half-brother, son-in-law, half-brother, sister, step-sister, sister-in-law, half-sister, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchild of the employee. The employee will be granted three (3) consecutive workdays in conjunction with the funeral date.

In the event of a death outside of the above outlined, employees will be granted the day of the funeral. It is recognized that certain situations may necessitate additional time. These are handled on an individual basis at the discretion of the employee's boss.
